Dear Potential Bulldog Players and Parents,
The coaches hope you are enjoying a great off season and are eagerly preparing for the football season ahead. The BYF board and coaches have been working very hard in the off-season to make this season one of the best ever. Because BYF is one of the top teams in the Michigan Youth Football and Cheer Conference (MYFCC), there will be several teams ready to challenge us. Under the direction of our experienced coaches I’m sure that all of our teams will meet this challenge.
Registration: Registration for football and cheer returning participants is March 1st and open registration for new participants is March 10th. Practice/Season Begins: Our first practice generally begins the first week of August and continues 5 days / week until school starts. Starting in late August, games are played on Saturdays or Sundays depending on field availability. All players need to wear helmets (provided on day 1), mouth guards, shorts and football cleats for practice. All practices will be at Hawkins field.
