Brighton Youth Football (B.Y.F)  is an independent non-profit volunteer organization that provides opportunities for youth ages 7-14 in football and cheerleading.  BYF teams compete against their peers from Oakland, Washtenaw, and Western Wayne counties in the Western Suburban Junior Football League (WSJFL). 

Our dedicated coaches educate and instruct boys and girls in these sports and emphasize the organization’s motto; “We Build Leaders - Not Followers.” 

Our season runs from early August through October. The football team’s highlight each season is to compete in playoff games and participate for the Championship in the Super Bowl.  Our cheer teams compete against their peers in the WSJFL sponsored Cheer Rally competition.
